I know how you fell. I'm a twelve year old girl too and I weigh 139lbs. I wasn't happy with my weight so I started to eat a little in the morning and a little bit of dinner. Then after dinner I would work out with my brother for 4 weeks. Then I would get on the scale the next day then I would have lost about 3lbs. And you don't know if you're fat. If you are the correct height and you weigh the right weight then you fine. Even if you don't it's okay if you're that self conscious you can't give up..

I am 12 years old, nearly thirteen, and I am 110 pounds (50kg). I excersize ALOT so lots of that is muscle. Also, I am heavy boned. Just because you way something doesn't mean you are specifically overweight/underweight. I have a completely flat belly and muscly legs and butt... Etc.

Listen I'm 12 I struggle with bulimia and starving myself I eat 1200 calories or less a day so I could fit in to society's standards and I don't care but if your moms telling you your fat there is something wrong with her don't change live life to the fullest u see these Victoria secret models there starving don't try to be like them because they are unhealthy don't change I didn't I weigh 140 pounds what was all that time calorie counting and disorders for to have someone complement me.
