You are pretty I was 146 pounds a couple months ago but now I weigh 140 and I'm 5"4 if you think you could loose weight try vegetarianism it might help

You shouldn't want to lose weight for a guy if he really liked you he wouldn't have absolutely no problem with your weight. There is nothing wrong with your weight. There's nothing wrong with being chubby there's nothing wrong with being heavier than some else. Your weight doesn't matter because no matter what size you are ALWAYS beautiful. The only reason you should want to lose weight is for yourself and to be a healthier you. If you wan to lose weight please please do NOT starve yourself. Starving yourself does nothing. There is a healthy way to loss weight especially when you're young. 80% of losing weight is what you eat. Eat a balanced meal ( more fruit and veggies less meats) cut down on your carbohydrates (carbs) if you look on the back of food boxes it will tell you how many carbs there are persevering (I recommend avoid eating above 25 carbs or so) drink a glass of water before you eat a meal. Eat a tiny breakfast ( a little banana, apple slices, little bowl of cereal) to get your metabolism started so you lose weight as the day goes on. Stop eating about 6-7 o'clock. Exercise at least 2-3 days a week for 45-60 mins. Please do the healthy way to lose weight.

I'm turning 12 in a few days and I'm 5"4". I weigh 132 pounds and nothing I look at tells me wether or not this is ok! I'm confident with my body but I don't know if I'm overweight or not.

I have the same exact problem, I'm 12, I weigh 130 lbs, and I like this really cute boy but I don't look good in anything I wear, and I have tried all the things u did, but I'm gonna try and take all this wonderful looks advice and workout, eat better (I don't eat a lot so i guess I need to eat more) we can do it together!

I'm 12 years old too, I stepped on the scale for the first time in a month and a I regret working out for hours a day and barley eating, and only eating super healthy. Plz just dont do what I did, I was 156 pounds and went to 141 in a month. I'm not feeling to swell right now

Hey, I want to give you help I weigh somewhere around 140 pounds and the average normal weight for a 12 year old is 93 pounds,an easy way too loose weight is being on a diet of a healthy spree and excersize once in a while I'm glad I could help it will take a few months btw...

I'm in 6th grade and I weigh around 110 pounds and I feel so fat to bc most of the super cute boy weigh around 80-90 pounds and what I did was after school just run around your entire house and put on some jams like Beyoncé,Justin beiber,Selena Gomez ,Eminem,Ya know and do that every day for 4months and I got down to 82 pounds of course with a healthy diet also and not drinking so many cokes or sodas and chips

Hi! It's ok, don't worry! I am a 12 year old female and I weigh about 128 pounds. My best friend is as skinny as a stick and she gets compliments all the time! My skinny friends say they are "so fat" and that just makes me feel bad because I am heavier than they are. Just eat right and exercise. The most important thing is to try not to focus on the pounds, but on getting healthier and feeling better! I hope that helps!
