I am 12 years old and I weigh 199 pounds (i know im fat..) and Im 5''4. I want to at least get into a bikini before June, so what should i do? I want to do something that will have results fast, but not too fast. Help??

If you want not only to lose weight, but also to re-shape your body you will need some serious lifestyle changes and it will work best if you had someone to support you trough the entire plan, like a friend or someone from the family.
