I'm 13 and I weigh 200lbs. I want to lose weight without starving myself.. I really want to go for a jog but I'm afraid of what people will say.. I'm fatter then my friends and I always have to suck in my stomach when I'm around them CUZ I'm fatter.. I've seen girls my age on Disney shows with a space between their legs, hips bones, collor bones, skinny legs, skinny arms, AND NO BACK FAT!! And I CAN'T STOP EATING!! Ppl us I walkways eat food that's probably not the best for me.. PLEASE HELP ME!! I REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT BEFORE SUMMER IN A COUPLE MONTHS!! PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!!!!!!!
Have you ever seen the documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead"? It is a show about a male who went on a juice fast for 60 days as well as having beans, nuts and seeds. He went from over 300 pounds to a normal male weight, 180 or so - IN 60 DAYS! I have been including the Mean Green Juice from the show for about 2 weeks now and I have lost about 5 -7 pounds already, if not more as I don't own a scale and go by how my pants fit me and they are loose now.
Also, if you search on the web for "Intermittent Fasting" and on SteadyHealth as well you will find some informative articles about this fast. This also works for me.
One thing that I found with the juicing is that I juice twice a day and eat supper and have 2 very small snacks. I tried a juicing fast and I did not feel very well at all and was almost puking by the end of the day, so I decided to do it this way after reading a couple of blogs. And, it works!
