Yes, a very good exercise called The kegel exercises. They are used for strengthening pelvic floor muscles. They really do enhance the sexual act.
You can practice these exercises anytime, anyplace, sitting, lying, standing, etc
This is how they are done:
To find and feel pelvic floor muscles, try stopping the flow of urine while urinating. If you succeed, you've learned the basic move.
You can also insert a finger inside your vagina and try to squeeze the surrounding muscles.
This will make your vagina tighten and your pelvic floor move upward. Then relax your muscles and feel your pelvic floor move down to the starting position.
Squeziing the muscles can be done anytime, while queing, standing during a full-bus ride, watching a video on your sofa, etc - and they are really effective, they are well known for preventing or helping urinary incontinence.
