How can you have 100% humidity and it not be raining? Somehow that does not seem fair.
Maybe there's alot of clouds or it's a rainforest. Having to live in a tropical country (Singapore) for 12 years, it is possible to get 100% humidity w/o getting rain.
Because the air is 100% saturated with all of the moisture that it can hold.
Tropical rainforest or the Southeastern US, both are no fun for summe running.
So if it is 100% humidity, why can't I just spray some water in the air, getting some to form vapor and thereby get supersaturated air. It should then rain, right?
Oh the things you think about when you are suffering through a particularly muggy run.

Just gotta LOVE those muggy days.
I think my sweat is starting to sweat!
