Hi, folks. I have heard that Ayurveda can help in the matters where the modern medicine has failed. Herbs can be often used, so I am pretty interested in that area. I am wondering how complex herbalism methods are in Ayurveda. Maybe some of you could answer my question. I would really appreciate it.
Ayurvedic medicine only works if you believe it will.
Of course herbs, plants have been used for centuries in many countries before modern pharmaceuticals came along.
I have tried it more than once to relieve acute ongoing pain, treatment works for an hour or so then back to the pain.
