Hi everyone!
This is my firts week and I'm using the Beginner's Running Program that I found in this forum I think it's easy but I have alot of questions because I started to do power steps 3 days and spinning 2 days per week about four months ago... today someone told me that I can't run the same day that I take an hour of steps because it's like run 3 miles so I need to know how to combine the exercises...Can I do weights after steps or after spinning or nun after spinning or weights after run or the same day and I have to take two days off?.
