As a teen, I usually stay up late up to 11 or 12 at times, but some days, I sign off to bed earlier when the trouble starts... I found myself thinking bout stuff, imagining things and stuff like that and I don't usually fall asleep till 12!!! And it has becoming an issue these days as the exams are near... the problem is that I can't stop thinking bout stuff even if I had had the best day of my life... pls suggest what I need to do, I'm freaked out for the exams!!!
