how do i know if my hymen is still intact?can it reappear after an improper insertion of a tampon.

hi wiccaordra, The hymen is really not way up inside the vagina, only a few centimeters. If it is broken, it does not grow back. This does not mean you are no longer a virgin, most girls that use tampons do not have hymens, your only not a virgin if you have had sexual intercourse. Hope this has helped.
