Hi I am 15, I cannot pull my forskin at all when erect, and only about a quarter of the way of the head when flaccid, I've tried stretching and it's still a struggle for me, eventually if I try and stretch after cumming it's much easier, and but I can still barely get it over the head when erect and almost fully when flaccid, I was just wondering if this is normal, and what I can do, so I can at least fully retract my foreskin over my head

Hi Jordan, what stretching exercises is it you have been trying and how long, how often have you been doing them for, do you do them after taking the bath or soaking your penis in warm water so the skin is more supple and have you tried rubbing some baby oil into your foreskin to keep it supple so it will stretch easier?
If you can answer those questions I'll try to help you with your problem. :)

Hiya, I’m a male, 13 years old, I’m just wondering, when I try to pull my foreskin back there’s sort of a pice of skin around the top of the foreskin (facing away from me) that is attached to the glans (the head) and I’m worried if that’s supposed to be there (also my foreskin won’t go over the head, is there any thing I can do about that?) I really don’t want to see a doctor so any help is appreciated.

Hi peter, the piece of skin your talking about I think is call the frenulum and its normal to have it, is it like a thin strip that connects the foreskin to the glands or do you mean your foreskin is actually stuck to the glands?
Not sure what you mean about (also my foreskin won’t go over the head) do you mean you can't retract your foreskin at all?

No, it isn’t stuck like that or anything, and I can’t get the foreskin over the glans

I think it's your frenulum then, just search foreskin frenulum and look at images.
How much of the glands can you see when you pull your foreskin back then?

Not much at all really but I’ll keep stretching my foreskin

When flaccid around 0.8cm which is nearly over the head (this isn’t in water so I could probably get it over the head underwater) and when erect, basically nothing. So how can I help that?

You just need to do stretching exercises that's all, when your erect preferably when you take a bath let your foreskin soak for a bit as it softens the skin then pull it back as far as you can so the opening stretches but not so its painful and hold in that position for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat several times twice daily after two to four weeks you should notice your able to expose more of the glands.

Okay thank you

I got a seriously big problem, when I pull it back (flaccid) because I can do it now it’s like there is a piece of the fire skin glued to the glans and around the edges of the foreskin is some white stuff stopping me from being able to pull it fully back and it’s gross, please help.

It also goes around near the frenulum and it is stopping me from pulling my foreskin fully back

I can’t find anything on it but it’s like the foreskin is attached to the glans just above where the glans ends

I’m only worried because I don’t really want to see a doctor, going to the doctor about my penis is basically my worst nightmare.
