As far as I'm aware, and unless the clinic has advised you differently (and you can go back and ask), then once your body resumes its menstrual cycle, then that is the body says it's back and ready for babies.
Normally, while pregnant, the female body readjusts itself to accommodate the baby. After birth/abortion, the body takes to heal, i.e., to readjust to normal capacity, which would be shown by the re-commencing of your periods
