Look into. Kratom, it will solve every issue you just described. You won't have the nasty panic attack of withdrawal when you don't have them either. Trust me when I tell you it saved my life, unlike most people I had unlimited supply for almost 10 yrs, up to 350mg a day....i know.....its unbelievable looking back now. 5 grams of a leaf crushed up called krat om in the morning will absolutely fix it for you.

Just hang in there! Get some crystal light energy water enhancers. They are cheap and will help you get through the tired stage. It'll take a while but you'll get better. Start going for a mile walk each day. It'll suck but it'll bring back some energy and make your brain start producing its own natural feel good dopamine. If you feel really bad go get some SamE from Kroger. It'll help. Also tyrosine will help get the energy back. I ordered some off amazon and I take 2 500mg once a day it helps lot.

Hi AMBER; On pain meds for 5 years (tramadol) and just detoxed about 2 weeks ago. Tramadol is not as nasty as oxy or Vicoodin but just as addicting or dependent none the less. I had the same withdraws as you it sounds like and after two weeks have no energy or ambition which really scares me. At 57 years old I am a do everything kind of guy and I miss that part of me. I do think everyday gets a bit better but I am too agitated most nights to sleep without help. I have a doctor appt. next week and hoping he has some suggestions. I will share if he does. I think I am like the rest of you in that I don't want another drug to get me past the one I quit taking. Exercise and water do help. It is really hard though to muster the energy to exercise . Kind of a catch 22... Good luck.... Larry

I am sick an tired of people promoting Kratom as some sort of miracle plant to stop taking opioids and avoid withdrawal symptoms. You are dead wrong. When you take Kratom all you are doing is substituting one drug for the other. And when you go to try to stop taking Kratom you will have the exact same withdrawal symptoms as when you stop taking opioids. Kratom can cause severe withdrawal symptoms identical to oxycodone, and Kratom is not regulated. So you really don't know what you are buying. It could be laced with anything.

When you take Kratom to try to avoid experiencing withdrawal symptoms from stopping opioids, all you are doing is substituting one drug for the other and delaying the withdrawal symptoms. As soon as you try to stop taking Kratom you will experience the exact same identical severe withdrawal symptoms.
And Kratom is not regulated. It could be laced with any poison, including fentanyl.
Stop promoting Kratom. The withdrawal symptoms from stopping Kratom are identical to stopping any opioid.
