I've been a little under the weather lately.
Had to cut my 15 miler short, did 10 miles on Sunday.
Gastro-intestinal related. 8O
Felt crappy all day Monday, so decided to take Tuesday off, took today off too, Wednesday is a planned rest day.
Don't know if I should run Thursday or not. Feel a little better, but not where I should be.

If your feeling 70% or better, try a short run. Keep pounding the fluids.
2 miles... that's my personal line in the sand. Even if I feel like goat's yack, I can still clunk off 2 miles. And it's also around 2 miles where I can tell if a run is going to be a good one, a tough one or an impossible one. You'd think I could read myself enough to know when I was lacing the shoes, but I don't. It takes a couple miles. So that's my recommend, just hit the road and decide after 2.
Two miles is usually the point where I can tell if I can keep going or bag it too.
I've had some pretty decent runs on the days when I really felt like not running.
