Hi, you should exercise min 3 times a weeks. It was often enough for me to lose some weight and to feel better. However, if I have exercised less than 3 times a week, I don’t know if I would manage to get those results. It would be even better to have aerobic exercises four times a week, one day just to run, and the other two days to rest. It would be a perfect week. I love aerobic, because it motivates me to eat healthy. When I come back from training, I am in the mood to eat only healthy, light food. When you exercise, your body loses plenty of water, and that’s why you should drink 2 l a day. So depending on your abilities and health, I recommend you to exercise 4 days a week, and one day to run.
