I have been off my usual 30 mg of methadone for about 50 hours now.. will I be able to take the subs now without going into prec withdrawals. I have made the trans in the past and only waited 36 hours I ended up at the er I thought I was dying!! I'm terrified

You can not have any methadone in you at all if there is it will send you into withdraw 5 time worse. Talk to your doctor he will tell you the risks invoved.
I have had friends stop taking methadon for 3 days go throu withdraw and stuck it out and never went on the suboxone.
