Hi, I am body builder 8 years already and I would tell you my experiences. I am doing bench press for my pectorals 3 times a week. My program consists 3-4 sets of 3-6 reps. Sometimes when I want to shock my muscles I do 3 sets with 5 reps with maximum weight, about 320 pounds. It is great to stimulate my pectorals on further gain.
