I'm glad I'm not alone here... :umno: In my defense, I have to dress 'business professional' for work which means expensive, even if on sale, and thats where most of my clothing and shoe money goes. For the rest of my clothes (aka, the stuff I actually like) I do a pretty good job of keeping that down. For the most part. :umno: but all in total several many hundreds in each category. :umno: gee cheryl, why do you still rent? :?
if we were to add running or cycling stuff to this I might start crying....

Damn, Cheryl....you blew my defense. We don't "have" to dress business professional, although I sometimes do anyway, so there goes that excuse. :?
I think I'll not discuss what I just spent at lunchtime.....

Does this include accessories....? That is what separates us from animals.

Eh, it's not really that bad. I just don't need clothes like I used to. Thats what my sister would say too, but I guess what irks me is her husband is a male-diva. He dresses like he's on the red carpet in all big designer labels (some so big/expensive I haven't heard of them) while my sister dresses from Wal-mart to save money to allow for him to own whatever name brand it is. Doesn't seem fair to me.Me: clothes - $200 shoes - $50 Dh: clothes - $1,500 shoes - $400you and my sister...I'm so sorry....

I don't even have to dress up for work, but I still NEED (not want :P ) clothes. I just get extra mileage because I can wear them for play clothes as well.
I'm a complete shoe w****, too. Five pairs last month alone. But hey - I walk probably five miles a day, so I need to have a lot of comfy pairs of shoes to rotate...
I have all the receipts and I refuse to add it up. :umno:
I'm a minimalist. I add a few new things each season but mostly I wear stuff that's around 10 years old. I really don't care much about clothes.
Laffin RIGHT out loud a that one!
