Hey, arh... im 16 years old, short and stumpy... i weight train everday rotating from lower body to uper body... ive also started skipping alot to try and slim down and get toned. After i do a work out after school i normaly skull down 1liter of slim milk, would this make me put on wieght or help mucle growth... or even height growth... please help i am kinda confused!
Well, if you want to lose weight, you should limit your dairy. A liter of milk a day is quite a lot. But you also work out a lot, so it probably won't do a whole lot.

To stimulate muscle growth, certain exercises and protein are good with that. Skim milk doesn't stimulate muscle growth like other more protein-rich foods.

Hi,
With every training that you do, good hydration of the body is necessary. I usually drink water during my workouts, but milk is good as well. Especially after the exercises. having enough nutrition in body is crucial for good body development. Milk will help you with muscle growth and fat loss. The fact is that dairy calcium will increase the fat loss. The far in milk will help you with your appetite, and it will keep you full longer so your hunger will be decreased. I think there the amount that you drink is really enough.
Have you noticed any problems after drinking milk, like stomach pain? If this happens, you might be lactose intolerant so you will have to modify your milk habits.
