If your religion says it's a sin, and you truly believe it to be a sin, then it's a sin to you. I'm male and started masturbating when I was 13. I'm 72 now and still masturbate. At a young age I believed it to be a sin until I drifted away from the religious beliefs that I was taught as a child. I think religious teachings can create a sense of deep guilt over what is perfectly normal human behavior that doesn't adversely affect you or anyone else, as long as you do it privately.
At an even earlier age before I learned to masturbate, I would sometimes play with my penis in the bathtub or under the bed covers at night because it felt very enjoyable. Nice! Me too but it took me a year or two until I went to orgasm. Lots of fun shooting blanks until about age 12. Those were fun years cause no clean up.

If you're an attractive girl, whether your breasts are large or small, you will attract attention from the opposite sex. No need to be scared. I can recall being in 7th grade and getting wood looking at my female classmates (and sometimes the female teacher) and when the bell rang at the end of class I had to think of something completely different so I could stand up and leave the class without a noticeable bulge in my pants. That used to be embarrassing for me. So, both sexes have new things to deal with at that age. You're not alone.
