Me and my boyfriend kiss and all it's just I hate the fact that whenever we go to make out there's something stoping like we have made out before and it's felt good anyway with the playing with each other I mean like he might start grabbing my ass and all that but not very often how can I get use to make out and play with each other more ? Have you tried asking? There is a good chance that he is worried that he will go too far. You could try to show that you want to go further by doing something like wearing a lacy bra and showing it slightly or if you don't want to be that straight up you could talk to a friend about it loudly when he is near.
The best bet would be to just tell him how far you want to go.
