Well, unless you want to go through serious bleaching of the skin by professionals, which is really risky, i would just stay out of the sun. This should decrease the amount of pigment in your skin, so you will have a much lighter tone.
But in my opinion, i think very dark skin is very beautiful, just as white skin. Be happy in your skin! <3
