hi, I really need some advise please.... My husband had all his toes operated on to straighten them and had his casts and pins removed yesterday after six weeks off his feet. He has seriously flaky skin on both feet and all toes and I'd like to know the best, most comfortable and safe way to remove old skin. He has v large feet (size 13) and he's over 6ft10 so getting him in a bath is not an option. Any help most welcome. Many thanks, deb
