Hi guys - I've basically sufferred from the embarrasment of fordyce spots pretty much all my life (well, since puberty).  I've gone through all the same anxieties that you all have - but mainly scared of a girl paying too much attention to my penis for fear that she might see the horrible little spots. And no guy should ever have to fear a girl paying his penis some close attention!

Anyway, after 15 long years of suffering, I HAVE FOUND A CURE! Now I've followed several forums on this subject and I've been through many false dawns with claims of a cure. Christ, I remember one guy said to put toothpaste on your penis and it'll draw out the oil when it dries.  Don't try it, it hurts like f**k!  Haha - but I was desperate so I'd try anything.

I found the cure completely by accident.  Basically, I got some sort of fungal infection on my helmet (not an STD), so I went to the doctors about it.  He prescribed me a cream called 'Clotrimazole cream 1%'.  Anyway, I was told to rub this onto the infection twice a day for three weeks.  So I've been rubbing it on every day and it's cured the fungus right up.  What I wasn't noticing was that it's also cleared my fordyce spots!!!  As I was only rubbing the cream onto the tip of my penis, it's only the spots near the top that have cleared.  I still have a few near the bottom of the shaft but I've started to rub it in there too and I'm already seeing results.

Seriously, for the first time in my post-puberty life, my penis is perfectly smooth!!!  I honestly can't stop looking at it - it seems really weird not to have those little bumps cause they've been there as long as I can remember.

Now I know the spots are likely to come back if I stop using the cream but I'm happy to keep it in the medicine cabinet so long as it keeps my penis smooth. And best of all, if you're in the UK, the cream is available FOR FREE on the NHS.

This is a genuine post, I'm not a BS.  I've looked at these forums for years but decided to post this message cause I know what it's like.  I'm absolutely delighted - give it a shot guys, you've got nothing to lose (and trust me, even if it doesn't work for you, it won't sting like frikkin toothpaste!).

hello everyone -

we all suffer greatly from these fordyce spots and are tirelessly looking for some treatment either to remove them completely or make them less visible.

I encourage you to help spread awareness on this condition.  A new article was written a few days ago by medical news today:http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/256918.php

Please read and add a comment and/or share with people you know.  I am hopeful that medical professionals take this more seriously. But they won't unless you help bring more awareness to this.

PLEASE read and comment on the article.  It is the first step to spreading awareness.

Thanks!

I don't remember a time when I didn't have FS.  They didn't really used to bother me when I was little, they were just there, but as I grew older, they started to bother me an awful lot.

I remember the last time I was on one of these threads.  I was like most of you: f*****g terrified.  I had a certain lady friend, and I wanted to have sex more than anything, I was just so embarrassed.  I would sometimes cry out of pure frustration at how shitty my situation was.  Whenever my lady friend tried to go down on me, or just touch/see/come into contact with my penis, I'd somehow stop her, whether it was going to the toilet, or going down on her instead, it isn't that hard, girls understand that we sometimes might not want them down there.

I'm pleased to tell you that at the age of fourteen, I did in fact lose my virginity.  Did I tell her about my FS?  f**k no!  I was still terrified.  But the point is, I managed sex.  My policy was basically don't go near her without a condom on.  She couldn't and didn't notice, and we continued having occasional sex (we rarely got the chance) for about 3/4 of a year.  Guys, I was getting laid, for nearly a year, without even telling her.

Our sex-life was a little unfulfilled, though.  I mean, she'd never given me a blowjob, never put the condom on, never tossed me off.  My penis had pretty much only touched her p***y.  She really wanted to go down on me, and one day, I just plucked up the courage and explained that there were 'these little bumps' that were a puberty thing, and they don't actually do anything, so there's no treatment for them, so I just have to live with them.  My voice was shaking, my heart was beating so fast, I was so f*****g nervous.

Then, she kissed me on the lips, kissed down my neck, chest, and stomach, and went down on me.  It was awesome, man.

I think it's safe to say that she doesn't give the slightest f**k.  We have a great sex life, and the fact that there are little bumps on my penis makes no difference.  I'm still a little self-conscious, don't get me wrong, I like the room to be relatively dark etc. but the point is, I just went for it, confessed why I refused blowjob after blowjob, and it was one of the best decisions of my life, hands down.

My girlfriend is f*****g gorgeous, if she wanted a guy without FS, she could within the blink of an eyelid.  But she doesn't, because it doesn't matter to her.  Sex is nothing like porn, human beings aren't perfect.  In fact, I think it probably makes her feel a little less insecure about her insecurities, the fact that neither of us are perfect (although she is pretty close).

I'm now sixteen, happily in love, with a great sex life.  But most importantly: I still have FS.  It's not FS that make you miserable, it's yourself.

So please, please, please, don't bother melting your penis away with chemicals (believe me I've tried) and just tell the girl.  Or if you really, really don't want to, try and do what I did.  It'd work great for one night stands/flings.  You could even try some "tonight's gonna be all about you" sh*t, I don't know.  Basically, take the lead, go down on her lots, ask her if she wants you to put on a condom, "yes," put it on, have sex, pull out, put your pants back on quickly, and basically don't get into the situation where she's trying to go down on you.  If you can pleasure her well enough with your tongue and/or fingers, you'll be fine, and she won't even need to see your penis.

I would really, really recommend just telling her, though, I promise it'll be worth it.

I'd be overjoyed knowing that this got through to just one person.  So please take my advice.  I was in your exact position.  There is just no f*****g point waiting around for some magic cure.  Unless you have £5000 spare and fancy going to Holland for possibly penis-destroying surgery, then you're probably going to have to learn to put up with it, just like me.  Make the most of your life: you won't be young again.

Try and remember that you are one of seven billion people, on one of our solar system's eight planets, in one of our galaxies' billions of solar systems, in one of the universe's trillions of galaxies.

You're pretty damn insignificant.

So go get laid.

Mine bubbled up and I took the end of a knife (pin would work too) carefully popped it, then put some peroxide on it. After that put a antibiotic bandage on it (or a normal one) and waited for the cut to heal. If it doesn't bubble DO NOT DO IT. The bubble is all of the puss and icky things. Therefore when you poke this it does not hurt.

question, how long does it take to heal? like does it give it your coloration back because, I have Fordyce on my lips since last year in may. it started small and then it spreaded all over my lip except my edges which makes it look weird and I get a lot of questions asking why my lip is so pink. so, can it just heal and over the years it comes back? 'cause I need to get rid this as soon as possible.

POSSIBLE CURE:

Use Dr. Bronners 18 in 1 magic hemp pure castile soap. The peppermint one is 10 dollars and is in approximately a liter sized blue labeled bottle at wholefoods. The main ingredient is coconut oil which is supposedly really good for skin. Don't just wash with it, use it as a lubricant to masturbate for three days and you will see profound results. I know this is weird advice but it works 100%. I have used this soap for my hair and body and later discovered that it can be used to cure Fordyce Spots if you do exactly as I told you. It will feel good in every aspect;) Girls never have a problem with the spots but now you wont have to worry about it either way. If this works for you, and it will, do me a favor and check out this band at yantrametal.com. I gave you the answer, so only when you are sure that it was the right one you can do me this favor and enjoy my favorite instrumental music. Do not discredit this information just because I am using it as a promotional advantage, you don't have to check out the band if you truly don't want to. JUST TRY THIS METHOD! You're welcome.
