How to Get Rid of Fordyce Spots

I'm 17, I've had these spots since I can remember. It's awful! I got out with all the lads and we pull girls and that and girls want to go down on me but I have to reject it, because I'm too embarrassed. Our generation is so concerned on what you look like, I just think It would spread around my school and within my friendship groups.  

I've met this girl, I haven't known her long, about 2 weeks and she says she really likes me and wants to go down on me. And to be honest I'm sh*ting myself. I feel as if I can't talk to anyone about this. I want her to give me a blow job but I have these f*cker bad. On my balls and shaft. I feel If I told her she would reject me and get freaked out. I fingered her and after she wanted to give me head, but I said no. She kept saying to me "are you healthy". I these fuckers were giving me anxiety. I really don't know if I should tell her. Any advice! I am determined to get rid of these or make them less visalbe. I have read ever single post on this thread. I will not let this ruin my life! 

I have made a list of what I am going to try, however there NO WAY I'm telling my parents. Would be so awkward.- Duac- Anti-Sebum- Tretinoin- Clotrimazole cream 1%

Through out my teenage years I've had quite bad acne. I seems that everyone who has had acne has got these spots? So this is basically acne on your crown jewels. Here's what I've been using on my nuts and my face haha. 

- The Body Shop Maca Root Face Wash (there's 4 types I think this is the orange one)       This creates a rich foaming lather to refresh and revitalise, enriched with Peruvian maca root. Maca is meant to be really good for your skin. I use it on my face and it works a dream, so who says it won't do the same with my penis. After I have washed myself with this I use:- Clinique Anti Blemish solutions cleaning foam mousse nettoyante, this works really well on my face, and I've noticed the FS go down a little but I haven't been using it long on my shlong. 

Then before bed. I'll put on some Zinerty Eythromycin-zinc, you an only get this as a prescription. This one I haven't been using long. 

I'll update my results. But back to that girl, she wants to give me head next week. I really don't know what to do. She's f*cking gagging for it! But I'm sh*ting myself. I need of advice!

Hey guys... Just thought I would let you know that I'm a girl and I don't mind it at all. It's not a problem (: I have some too. It's harder to see on girls but they're there. So chill on the whole worried about girls thing. Its easy to tell the difference between that and an std. There is no need to rub alcohol down there or try to pop them. Leave it be. You're fine.

I have had Fordyce Spots ever since i was twelve and I'm now eighteen. They were quite bad and some even have hairs growing out of them.I've been quite embarrassed about them but i did do some things to minimize there size. One thing i did was masturbate rarely; masturbating causes the spots to swell. Another thing i did was take vitamin b complex daily. I also washed my penis twice a day. Although I haven't been doing any of these things recently except for occasionally taking vitamin b and they've started coming back.

Had these fuckers for around 3 years now but they have jus recently gotten much worse. Like now there coming up my shaft. I think I got them from wearing the same compression shorts to soccer practice everyday. been using a bar of soap in the shower and scrubbing the sh*t out of them. Seems to make them fad a little and maybe reduce the size but nothing to drastic. I've tried Nivea soft cream and it didn't work. I think I'm just going to get head from a couple fat girls and see if they notice. I'm 17 now and def want these gone by college.

I have Fordyce Spots as well. I have had them since I was around 13, I'm 24 now, and used to think that I had an STD of some sort. I have actually never had a girl ever ask me about them or even seem to notice them. I have had 3 long term relationships where I was sexually active and never have I even been asked about them. I used to be petrified that one day I would be confronted by a girl about what they were. I, like most people on here, have just come to grips with what they are and do my best to minimize their visibility. But I no longer worry about what someone might say because in all actuality they are not very noticeable and not contagious or even related to any kind of disease. Hearing these stories of all of you guys with my same situation has been very comforting and I no longer feel as though I am alone in this situation. Thank You All!

as a victim of the horrid BS we call fordyce spots, i have tried many things, and the number 1 treatment that fully removed fordyce spots giving me a smoothe, non-STD like look was:
Applying Bengay, liberally for 2-3 weeks. i was roughly 2 weeks, but some cases vary.

At least I'm not the only 14 year old.

i've had spots on my penis for about a year, around 2 weeks ago i brought aloe vera gel from holland and barretts for about £4, and a garlic supplement for around the same price, believe me guys i've seen a big difference, one of the spots completely peeled off and the others have gone smaller, fingers crossed it looks like it's working for me. i take the garlic tablets twice a day with meals, and apply the gel on my penis twice a day, it's worth a try guys, only costing you around £8

I'm 15 an I got these using dry skin lotion helps and scrubbing it with soap in the shower helps too just when u use lotion rub it all the way in so it cleans out ur pores an just keep ur junk clean y'all

Hi folks, I cannot describe my happiness after reading this thread. I didnt know about herpes till yesterday. Then I started reading about it and my life became a hell in a few minutes. I just felt like my life was over. I'm 21. 

I've had these Fordyce spots for 5-6 years now. I noticed them 5-6 years ago and thought they would go away. They are so small that I can barely see them. 

SO I confused them with herpes and then penile cancer.  I really cant explain the misery I went through. But today I started searching for similar penile conditions on internet and went through all of them. I was SO low that I saw them while eating. I had to. And I have never been freaked out like that in my whole life. Almost made me puke.

So going through them I reached fordyce spots or tyson's glands. At last I had something to compare to. 

And I was so relieved after reading about it. Again I can't explain how happy I am right now.
