Never used to be able to do it, partly because I didn’t think it was possible. Basically if you’re really turned on and you cum a first time, keep jerking the head of you penis (most sensitive area) off the back of your first ejaculation. Soon it should start to feel good again and you feel a second sensation building up like you are going to cum again. Takes about 30 secs to a minute. It definitely feels a bit strange the second time and it is sometimes hard to gauges when you are going to cum/ your muscles are going to push it out.
