You can build your muscle tone in your chest by weight lifting, this appears to make your boobs look bigger because you have built mass, but there isn't much left to do. Don't waste your money on stuff that claims to make your bust increase, not so. Birth control pills sometimes helps, a good padded bra or implants. Sometimes we girls have to play with the hand (or boobs) we were given. I know it sucks sometimes, but we really have no choice.
