I have been training on my treadmill for the last two weeks for a 5k using, Zombie 5k Trainer (I know... zombies...but I am using it for the methodology, not the zombies), anyways it is week 3 and I have to walk 5 mins, then run 5 mins, and I am absolutely dreading the 5 min run (two is the max that I have ran recently). Anyone have any suggestions to get motivated before, during and after or any general tips?
