I had an endonasal rhino done 3 months ago. The nose doesn't look like i expected but i know it's still healing cause it still hurts when i touch it. Anyway my Surgeon told me the bump will go down and so will the tip.Very slow process. Mind you this tip is bugging me cause it looks fat and ugly compared to the narrowing of my new nose. I wonder if i was to rub it with hirudoid cream daily will the tip go down?

Everyones tip looks bad. YOU CAN NOT TOUCH OT MASSAGE YOU NOSE AT ALL. You are still healing and you can affect how you nose looks ny messing with it. Let it heal by itself. Just accept the way it looks now. Remember, there is not really a such thing a a perect nose from rhinoplasty.

You need to be patient! My boyfriend (he is a boxer by the way) had rhinoplasty last year and in the beginning he was so sad and depressed. It is little to say that his nose was ugly!
It was really large and swollen and the bump was there almost two months. But now his nose is almost perfect. I always say almost because it is impossible to have perfect nose.
He and I got used to this nose and he does look better than one year ago. We were browsing through some pictures and there is very visible difference.
Preoccupy yourself with something and stay away from the mirror for some time and believe me you will be just fine.
