Usually this kind of conditions, indicates a Yeast Infections.  First of all, you can try all kinds of cream, and they will not work if you have a Yeast Infection, until after a while, ater the infection is gone .  The best way to treat it, is to go to your Primary Care Doctor, and get a Rx for Diflucan, which is 1 pill.  Used to treat Yeast Infections.  To be same, maybe your doctor can make you out a prescription for 2 or 3 of them, at 3 days apart.  The other Rx  you should get should be Ciprofloxin, at 2 per day for 10 days.   This should kill the yeast infection and any other type of bacteria, sores, cracks, dryness, and etc. that you may be experiencing.  Now, you can try your creams, neosporin, etc.  Now, they will work.  Because you destroyed the source of the infection.   If the skin is too tight when urinating, do not force it back, it will only cause irritation to the Uretha, and now you will have to deal with buring and pain while urinating now.

Shea butter can be really helpful for this. Try a penis health creme (better for penile skin than regular body lotions) with this ingredient - you should see an improvement.

Listen dudes no need to fear yes this is a problem which is preety much irritating and harrasing,but no need to panic i was also suffering the same months ago,and going to doctor is also very embarrising,so i tried a skin ointment which was anti fungal anti bacterial and anti inflamatory ointment,3 features in one ointment,and yes it works please dont get depressed or panic try this one you will sure get better results,if not then dont feel ashamed to see a doctor,remeber prevention is better than cure.

I have had this same issue twice now and I am 57 years old. It usually happens after sex with my wife who sprays during an orgasim. This spray is urine which causes the yeast infection on the foreskin. The best cream I have found is the clotrimazole usp 1%.  This cleared it up in 3 days. Now it is sort of working, so I will try the tolnaftate. I am sure it will work. The other thing to try is the hydrogen peroxide to help kill any bacteria pat it dry and apply the tolnaftate. Usually a combination of this clears it up in 2-3 days applying 3 times daily.

I have found that infant care ointment Desitine and A&D ointment works best when i get dry skin and cuts form. It usually takes about 2 3 days to fully heal..but you should wait at least 5 7 days before sexual activity

Guys, the cure for your dry skin problem is called aquaphor and you can get it at Walmart for lest than $5. Applied aquaphor around the dry skin as many times as needed until the skin heals. Now, if the head of your penis is red and sensitive under the foreskin you may have a fungal bacteria called candida. The best way to cure this bacteria is by using Miconazole nitrate 2% ( Vaginal Cream for Yeast infection ) and you can get this also at Walmart in the female higiene section. Don't feel bad tell the cashier is for your wife in a couple of days your going to feel new. Make sure you clean that little f****r before you use the cream and when you pee dry yourself like a little girl.

olive oil best solution.. oil it up every night.. it is not enough but it helps.. :)

I try everything and the only thing that works is by putting on O'Keeffe's lotion on onces a day...... took care of my problems....

Don't use jergens.. use a normal moisturiser.. hope I helped.
