HPV, warts, swollen labia, swollen pelvic glands

I was diagnosed with HPV five years ago. I had a couple small warts when I first got the virus, and haven't had any since. Last week I started getting a few, which seemed normal since I've seen them before. However, now they are getting worse than ever before. They are only on the left side, and have gone from 2-3 to about 10 small bumps and one big one. The scary part is that my labia is swollen to the point that it pushes my other labia to the right. My left pelvic gland has been swollen for a few days, and this morning I could see it poking out of my skin. I tried an herbal remedy for the warts (Apple Cider Vinegar) because I'm tired of putting chemicals down there, doesn't seem like a good idea. Is this swelling normal? I also have a few sharp pains or pinches once and a while, does that sound normal?
