i went to the dr. cause it hurt to pee really bad thought it was a uti. that came back negative they thought it was an std.. i took all my meds and it still hurts to pee. i get cold easy, my kidney seem to hurt and my lower right stomach hurts or cramps at times. i also noticed not sure if its new but seems like i got something inside my penis.. any help would be very appreciated
You could have a kidney stone or an std, just go see the doctor again..

It seems that you have been having some kind of STD. if you have something strange inside your penis than it is probably std and not uti.
And since you have been at your doctor and he misdiagnosed your condition I presume that it would be best to see another doctor and got another round of tests.
Does your partner experience some symptoms of STD? if she does than you should tell her to see her doctor as well because there is no point in getting yourself treated if you continue to sleep with her without any protection and she could have been suffering from the same condition.
