havde you tried talking to your parents about this? are there cerian things that trip your anger more than others. sometimes its a matter of finding out what makes you angry and then learning how to deal with your emotions. as you start to go through puberty anger issues usually tend to intensify due your increased hormones and just getting older and your brain starting to develope. there is help but figruing out what causes your outbursts is a key step to starting to learn to deal with your feelings.

i think the best way throughout your life to deal with anger is finding out what causes your anger by asking yourself.
sometimes it takes a while to figure out, but if u persist just a couple of minutes it will come to the surface very naturally.
(sometimes the emotions are more complex and it takes time for it to become clear in your mind, it will though if u ask yourself.)
As humans, emotions regulate our lives.
anger is an expression of frustration and/or hurt and/or fear. it is not an emotion.
once you discover that you're, for example, hurt and frustrated by a situation, admit that you are ''hurt and frustrated''. like saying ''im frustrated. im hurt.'' in your head OR speaking with someone.
once you ADMIT/FEEL that emotion, you will feel liberated and move on. instead of building anger.
