I need to know some ways i could lose weight while at home
Tennis details - i go for 2 hours a day Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. 3 hours a day on Wednesday and Thursday. Over the weekend about 1 hour each day. We do lots of running and stretching.

Hi,first of all ,have a talk with your Mom ,explain how you feel and your concerns.Mabey it,s time she looked at herself and joined you to change her life also.When I decided to loose weight I got rid of everything that was bad .I totally cleared out My cupboards.I only bought what I could consume.Also I stayed away from all fast foods.You,re really lucky in that you enjoy sports.Check out jogging,Try a race once you,re in shape.Highly addictive.Since you,re 14 have you considered being a dietician as a future career?Or a sports related career?When I started running,it took Me about 3 months to really get into it,Then it became addictive.I got My son into it,He enjoys bike events and running.We live in Toronto and like to climb the CN tower when it,s allowed.I guess basically you have to make a lifestyle change and stick to it.Seems like you allready made the decision ,keep at it.
