Plz help penis problem..hi 18 m here .. I was recently able to retract my foreskin..and the glans is quite sensitive when wet with wateror saliva.. And it has a continous layer of something i mean its very thin a looks like its part of glans skin.. Not sure whter the continous layer is smegma or not.. Secondly i think i suffer from ed.. I never able to maintain erection when i try masterbating.. I can get erection by stimulating glans over foreskin.and problem is that i am not able to get erectn when i retract my foreskin ????why???my question is that ll i be able to maintain erection when i have sex coz is have a gf now.. And i can maintain ercetion playing around her. ..now i really fear of sex ..plz help

Your penis WILL appear wet when you retract your foreskin and it will be very sensitive. It's been covered and protected - that's normal. As you retract it more often it will dry out some.
Only time will tell as to whether or not you have ED. If you have an anxiety over masturbating that can make you lose your erection. Try to relax and find some way that feels good for you. There are lots of different ways, not everyone masturbates the same way.

Many unforeskinned guys would envy your foreskin. You display great wisdom in wanting to avoid circumcision. Do not be worried. You are normal for your age.
It is normal for the glans to be wet under the foreskin. The foreskin is supposed to keep the foreskin moist and sensitive.
It is not necessary to retract the foreskin to masturbate. It does not mean that you should pull it back just because you can pull the foreskin back. In fact, it is better if you don't. Just glide your foreskin back and forth without retracting it. The outer layer glides frictionless over the inner layer. You can do that as long as it takes.
You don't have to pull your foreskin back to have sex either.
