my names Ian i used to weigh over 190 i am 5 9 and was over weight i wasn't happy at all so i changed i did 900 situps a day and ran 4 miles a day and lost 45 pounds in about 3 or 4 months. I of course did this over time so don't think you can just go and do these incredible workouts with out training yourself first. I started off riding my bike about 5 miles. Then i started running about 2 miles a day instead of riding my bike try and find a place u can run to in your own area or go to a college or a local gym. in about a month you should always up your workout until you find a sufficient way to lose weight. Now if managing your food is a problem then you should follow my steps. 1 right down the food you eat and find out the calories (always count your calories and sodium and everything else from trans fats which YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM AND SATURATED FATS). 2 cut the amount of calories down you should eat from 1500-2000 calories a day. (you can eat out but watch where you go never ever go to McDonald burger-king Carl's junior pop eyes and anything like that. For further information on weight loss and tips on food management contact me here . I know where you are coming from i have been there you are not alone and never let anyone put you down ever.
Thanks for posting your success story! I think that a lot of people have really struggled with this issue and we're really glad to hear a success story. Do you have any photos before and after or anything? Let us know!! :-)
Main problem for me is time management...I just can't seem to find time for exercising. Do you have any suggestions? Anyway I've heard of ACAI berries it's something natural that's good for weight reduction. I thought this might help because I really don't have plans in taking something full of chemicals. Please check this out to know more about it

I'd work out at home if you were really struggling with it. I just drop and do pushups and run in place. All you need to do is break a sweat. It's not hard to do if you don't add all kinds of restrictions and conditions to it. Does that make sense?
wow that must of been hard. but look on the bright side. you lost some good weight and that is all that matters.
