I am on Suboxone and can't afford my prescription

I would suggest anyone to use suboxone because it is much better than going out on the streets. I myself have done things I don't even want to talk about on the internet because it's got me that embarrassed. I am a substance abuse counselor and I am also on the medication it is 1 of the best medications that I've ever been introduced into the world of medicine because of what it does for people. It give you back your life it saves you money it is so much better than doing what addicts do and I have been 1 of them for 19 years as you can tell I'm almost getting emotional even typing this please read this and please do something about it.

it is a savings of 50.00 can be used once per month! It used to be 75.00 savings they lowered it. ALSO check out the here to help program they paid for my medication for 2 years ! But now that it has ended i'm in a mess. Most doctors are only allowed 3 patients to be on the program at a time. Most people only get 1 year I was lucky to reapply and get a second year but they offered this to me in a letter to my doctor.

Hey suboxone does have withdraws I've been on them for about five years now it hurts my bones an I have musical ake all that can't sleep but it don't start till about the third day without any trust me I've Reyes to quit to many times that's how I know..

My dr. Says hes full on the here to help program...and wont prescribe subutex which is cheaper. I have 2 children and my husband is unemployed and his unemployment is running out. I am paying 250 for dr. Visit and 360 for meds...while working at Walmart. The dr.s here in jy. Wont help u at all esp. If ur trying to help ur self. Been in treatment almost a year and have never failed a test and havent taken one drug since i started...still no help!

If you contact Reckitt-Benckiser, they manufacture the drug suboxone and they dont advertise the aide they give but, they will help you as long as your doctor says he has 4 or less patients on their aide.  i got they number from google just type in the company name.  Hope this helps.  if you have questions, you can email me at

yes but the Dr. is only allowed 3 patients at a time on the Here To Help program. So good luck trying to get on it and while wating i suggest calling around different pharmacies and comparing prices because will you be surprized at the differance in cost and be sure to use your 50.00 off card that they have at the Dr"s office or go online and print you one off . its called the Here to Help card also if you dont have a printer you can copy the info onto a regular piece of paper and just give the info to the pharmacy but be sure you get all the info off the card .im not sure if all pharmacies will take it like that but ive never had any problem here where i live and i have used it this way at several different stores.Good luck and i wish you the best with your recovery i understand completly because im an addict myself so hang in there if ever you need someone to talk to me

yes you are right ,you deffinitly will withdrawl from suboxone and anyone that says any different is either lying or on something else . ive tried several times to come off the suboxone and yes i lower my dose and was at 4mg a day for about 6 to 8 months and a little over 24 hrs my blood pressure was 111/159 so im still on the suboxone .i started out taking 1 8mg strip 3 times a day and i was down to 4mg 1 a day .
and i got to be honest i was at 4mg for about 6 to 8 months and i felt like c**p i was depressed ,no energy and i didnt know why because i figured 6 months at 4mg is enough time for my body to get adjusted to the change but anyway im now back at 8mg and on some days 16mg because that is what ive got to take to be able to function. No one said this was gonna be easy nor so expensive

well darling the answer to your question is we stole,lied,robbed and oh yeah screwed for it. First i would like you to know no one likes to become an addict and someone like you that are so ignorant to it all and you are of no help to anyone on here so why even make a comment. just wondering did you feel any better about yourself after your comment did you pat yourself on the back and think yes im better than that {them}. i really feel the need to break this down for you because i would hate to see you look ignorant again should this topic ever come up again in general conversation amongst your friends that is considering you have any and i truly doubt you do or atleast not true friends but for the ignorant and the better of the human race the ANSWER IS : ITS CALLED LIFESTYLES, you see us have choosen to change our lifestyle so we can no longer screw your husband or rob,steal,hustle or lie .We know the life we was living was wrong and we regret all the bad things we have done to others and this medicine can help us be thr person God intended us to be.Recovery is long and hard not that you care because im sure you think well you done it to yourself. i wonder how many people that are addicts was given the medicine from their Dr. because they needed it and when the dose wasnt working anymore and you tell the dr they up it again then it gets to the point that that isnt working and now the dr decides you got a problem .not once does he mention that all these years he has had u on this that your body is becoming addicted nor does he try to ween you down or tell u about suboxone ,do u know why he doesnt because its about money this is just one of the many ways people end up addicts ,please i ask everyone reading this we are here trying to better ourselves and if you cant help then go the hell on no one ask u for a damn dime but the next time you are robbed or u find out your husband has been getting him a sweet piece of ass or you are lied too about money missing dont you dare say a word because as they say if your not a part of the solution then u are a part of the problem

IT COST ME $93.00 FOR HALF MY WEEKLY DOSE OF 21 8 MG TABS LUCKILY MY PHARMACIST LETS ME PICK UP THE OTHER HALF LATER IN THE WEEK SO i DON'T LOOS ANY OF MY SCRIPT . How's it funny? Most of the drug money was stolen, borrowed on false promises of paying back, or obtained through immoral acts. Now that the drugs are gone and we try to live a moral life, the options are limited for most. Judge much??
