Try some talc powder.
If you like, try a little diaper rash cream to kill the fungus that may be causing the itch.
Then, after it's killed, you'll want to wash regularly, and make certain you are dry before dressing.
That's when you apply talcum powder or gold bond powder to keep it fresh and dry.
