Hi people I would like to write to you and say there are a few things you can do to stop being so anxious.

1 exercise.

2 dont drink tea and coffee, caffeine is really bad for anxious people.

3 drink more water.

4 know you can change the way your mind thinks by doing different things.

I know its hard but it does work you can ask any questions you want i will help anybody with this condition.

I have had really bad anxiety and couldn't walk down the road without feeling ill and now I can go out travel, go to work.

ANXIETY 7 YEARS WITH NO MEDS.

Hi,

    I suffer from an extremely bad anxiety disorder, but once got told that it was known as being an hypochondriac.

I seem to be anxious about everything and also think the worst will happen...this is so annoying.

I exercise as much as possible, I dont drink tea or coffee, I over think everything too.

 

Do you think that I could have this disorder due to the fact that everything bad has happened in my life so that why i think it??

hi i have the same problem to im finding it hard leaving my home even i lost my job always feel sick like butterflys in my tummy the doc told me it could be alcohol so i just gave up and im gonna take on board what you said panther i have created some phobias and fears is well from all this i have it 7 years now if you have any more advice it would be great thanks.and do you drink or do drugs danielle?
