I’ve been trying since… forever to lose weight. My clothes no longer fit me, I’m sad all the time and I forget how it is to just feel good about myself.
Try doing something about it because just “measuring” yourself in the mirror has no slimming effect. You can’t make inches disappear miraculously. If you really want to lose weight, decide upon a correct, healthy diet and a good workout plan. You might need to consult a doctor about this. **** The trick is to try to burn more calories than you actually eat.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and think positive: you can make yourself smile by taking action. I recommend you find an occupation to keep you mind off your weight: read, go jogging, or just call a friend to go for a walk. That, for starters, can make you smile. You go girl!
