I can't ejaculate, but I get a little clear liquid after gre

Hey, I'm 14,(MALE) and don't know if I've gone through puberty. I have no dark armpit hairs, but I have dark pubic hairs. When I watch porn, and am masturbating, I feel like a surge of pleasure hits me and I feel the "sperm tract", or what ever that tube from your balls to your head is, get hard, but only a little clear liquid comes out that is very lubricating, but when dries - sticky. I don't know if I have to keep going to ejaculate, or if it requires medical help. I feel like I just need to wait and ejaculate after i have gone through puberty - I guess when my voice changes MORE. I also have had sore throats, in which my voice was a little deeper after the fact. Please help, but after I "get over the hill" (when the sperm tract/tube gets hard for like 3-5 times in a row[like your tapping you foot 3,4, or 5 times]), I kind of have to stop cause even if I keep going, my legs (when sitting while masturbating) feel tense/sore.
