I had a mole removed from my penis and applied lidocaine about two hours before the procedure. I am still numb on my penis and scrotum after 18 hours. Should I be concerned?

It should be more wore off by now.... I would go back in. Did it hurt or feel like a shock when they numbed it...? At least the glans is still sensitive that's the most sensitive part of the penis
I went back in and the doctor said it was because I used the entire tube and had it wrapped for a little over two hours. She said drink plenty of water and it should be fine. I would have gone in sooner but I knew the blood flow was ok because I've had intermittent erections for the last day.
