i want to have a baby already ive beem with my man over 5 yrs....we dont use protection at all....but i have this bad discharge since i was 19 realy bad...im the only one in my family that dont have a kid...my boyfriend has a kid he is 10 now.....everyone has had baby being with ther othere half right away...i feel kinda ready...i know if it happen i will realy bee ready...what can i doo to start helping this prosess.......
first before you try to get pregnant get tested for everything. I found out i had trick throughout my fourth pregnancy. that caused discharge and odor. first get real healthy and take prenatal vitamins for about 2weeks or longer. Use peppermint soap in a douch. not alot just once in a great while. this will balance out the ph so you can concieve. the environment in the vagina has to be healthy and just right. Oh use only distilled water and a couple of drops of soap. 3-6 good luck. any questions are welcome im 32
