If you had sex on Saturday and again today you wouldn't be showing any signs of pregnancy already, you would of also needed to be ovulating to get pregnant and the chances of that would be small if you only stopped taking birth control 4 days ago!
I will just do a test at the end of the week to see if I am are not
A test will show nothing doing it that soon you need to wait at least until after your next period is due if it doesn't start.
