Hi I'm 15 years old and I weigh 230 pounds. I've been trying since 7th grade. Im active and play all kinds of sports and people say i look like im 180. I eat 3 meals a day and snack out all day.I want to get to 150 by next summer. I don't get enough exercise because I'm tired all the time and I don't have the energy to do it. Any ideas to help me?
Hi, the easiest way to start to loose weight would be to cut down on the amount you eat instead of smacking out on junk food or candy eat fruit you will then need willpower an to force yourself to get more exercise because no matter what you do weight won't just fall off with out working hard to achieve it.

First - are you a boy or a girl? 

Second - what kind of meals do you eat? let me know what type of food do you eat per meal - and how much or it. 

What kind of snacks are you talking about? An apple or a sandwich? 

Describe what your typical day looks like - food wise - for example - what did you eat yesterday and how much... Don't forget to mention what kind of drinks you drink - for example -

for breakfast I had: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bread, 1 glass juice, 2 tomatoes

drank: 2 glasses of soda... 

snack: 1 snickers etc...    

... >>> everything that you consume in one day ! 

 

If you are active and play all kinds of sports - the reason for your weight must me either type or food and amount of it.

So, let us know your typical daily menu - including drinks - and I will let you know what you're doing wrong and what you are doing correctly.
