Most people,even adults dislike the taste of vegetable.
And,vegetable is proven to be really important for a balance diet.
But,by not taking it,I'm breaking the balance.
So,is there any other alternative food I could take,or perhaps supplements to replace vegetable..?

Hi there! I love vegetables! And think it's just the matter of preparation, if you know how to prepare it, how much to cook it, how to use spices and herbs it can taste delicious! If the foods were given to us, why avoid it? I'm strongly against these modern tendencies of putting foods and everything else in pills, so you don't have to "waste your time" on eating. No, you can't replace the vegetables, you need it. You don't eat it only if you are allergic to it. Vegetables are not only about vitamins and minerals, there is a lot more in it. I hear now they have fiber pills too, that's spooky! Can I buy a house in a pill :-D so I can plant it and it grows up in five minutes? Just eat your veggies. ;-)
