I am twelve and 177 inches, waaay above average height!! I don't like it and I want to stop frowning as soon as a can, but NO SURGERY! I think it is unfair how we are compared by our height, I get bullied: "How is the weather up there?" I hate it!! But the thing is, being tall you get the advantage of taller guys. Everyone looks up to me (no pun intended), my friends are excited for their growth spurts, to finally live to there dreams of being taller then me. I also keep in mind that boys growth spurt happens WAY later then girls. So, all of the lads at school (in my year) are like, one inch smaller then me, they'll hit their growth spurts, and I am 99.9% sure they will be taller then me. Even if it is 1 inch taller, don't be depressed!! If you were small you would think it was c**p, when you are tall, everyone envys you!!
Im 5 foot 2 in, and 12,5 y/o, but idk, I feel too tal, I am tho almost taller then Lucy Hale, and really i've been looked all over the internet, sooooooooooooo
Hi. I am 14 years old and 5’ 7”. I seem to be growing at a continuous rate and I would like to be a dancer with NYCB. Although, they don’t like a lot of tall people. I really don’t want to grow anymore and I’ve only recently started puberty no . yet. I know they say tall people are better but I’d rather be like 5’ 4”. I’ve been told many times I’m just too tall and I just don’t like it. I am taller than a girl at my studio who is 17 years old. I really just want to stop. I know there’s nothing anyone can do but just figured I’d rant on as well
Thank goodness, i didn't know that
the coffee and tea and weight things are all myths
im 13 and im 6 foot someone help me
Well I’m 14 and I’m 5”5 and I want to be your height
You can't be 177 inches because that nearly 15 foot tall!
I’m almost 6 foot and I’m only 13
Because when I go out, people think I'm older than my friends who are actually older than me and they expect more from me. It's annoying.

I don't see anything in the piece that you are replying to that is a put-down of short people, just a tall guy saying "You have some lucky advantages as a tall guy." I hope you don't really act on this hostility. If you do, I bet you have a really good escape plan. Once your victim is over your "punch in the balls", he may understandably, looking for vengeance and remember hearing what a "knee to the nuts" can do. And remember, your nuts probably aren't lower than his knees, and almost everyone's legs are stronger than their arms. A little advise that almost everyone has received at one time or another, "Don't start anything."
My response would go a little wider. Freshman noise' piece may have been more enjoyable and enlightening to read if he had the patience to read and correct it before he hit "Reply". And four and a quarter years later, I wonder if he would change some things that he entered correctly as a 12 year old but views differently now that he has the perspective of a 16 year old. I'd like to see a piece that begins with, "Well, as long as you asked"
