I am also very tall and I'm 14 and 6foot three I suffer because everybody around me are less the 5'8" I know that being tall can be hard but you cant do anything about it just hope you have a good back and knees because if not you will suffer a lot.
Having a growth spurt usually means your twords the end of it how much did you grow in that year I know that my most in a year was 6" which was insane and hope that you were less then that
but my friends are not on that height now so please give a trick to stop my height for temparory
Omg..I know how you feel even though I'm just 13 but I'm so tall !!! 5'4. All my friends are shorter than me.. I'm an asian I live in malaysia so yeahh it's weird how 13 year old girl and have the height of young aduIt :/ I've grow 4 inches by this year.
hi, just because you have grown 4 inches so far this year doesn't mean your going to continue to grow fast like that, most teens have a growth spurt at some point through puberty and think its never going to stop. Everyone develops at different stages at different times through puberty, your having a height group while your friends are developing other ways and some may not of even started puberty yet so try not to worry :-)

Well, There are so many ways to-
Caffeine can slow down the growth, so it's needed for you to drink coffee, or tea in order to slow down the process.
Also, carrying weights. If you do squats, deadlifts and all that, it'll affect your spine, and the spaces in the spine will decrease.
