Hi. I am a girl 16 years old who eats a lot at night. I have gained quite a few kilograms and I feel that I am too fat. For my height 75 kilograms is too much. I am thinking of loosing some of it or maybe all, if possible! What do you think I should do? I was thinking some low carb diet. What do you think? Will it be enough?
First and main thing that you should do is to stop eating at night. If you do must to eat a lot, eat a lot during the day. At night you get fat the most. I don't think that just a diet is enough. I never advise it to anybody. Diet is ok, but you have to exercise If you want to show results. Try pilates. I heard that it is great for that sort of thing.
