I am 18 and i dnt knw why i am getting weak day by day .... everyone comes to me and say why r  u becoming thin ... take care of ur health .... i eat everything but dont put on weight ... 
kindly ... tell me hw could i become healthy bcoz i am worried tht it may not effect my sexual life ...
give me some helath tips ... nd nutritional tips also .... !!!
u probably have a very high metabolism like my boyfriend. he can it 8 meals a day and not gain a pound unlike me. he works out though every single day for an hour a day. lifting weights, push ups, crunches, anything that can build muscle mass. muscle is heavier than fat and the muscle gain will help u gain weight and look bigger as well. so start working out regularly. you can get different workout plans online and eat really healthy.the more you work out the more you eat. but also if you arent used to working out dont start off doing something extreme or anything that may be to much. start small or where u have a limit and then as you get stronger and gain muscle addto what you are doing. hope this is of any help
